First of all, this isn't a lose weight quick program. You do not need a lot of fat burners for this to work. In fact, you can do this each night as you're watching your favorite Television shows, but still lose 80 pounds in a year!

This weight loss product is so simple that I'm convinced if you don't do that, then you definitely really don't wish to slim down. By using this weight loss program, you're quitting next to nothing. If this isn't the best weight loss program you have ever seen, I will be very surprised.

This isn't an accumulation of rapid loss of weight tips, or me telling you just how much fun fasting to shed weight is.

I am not taking credit for inventing this technique. I first discovered it from Craig Harper, a really smart guy over at Lifehack.org. Its beauty really is in the simplicity. There aren't any herbal weight loss pills you have to take, and absolutely nothing you have to buy.

First of all, consider calories, and consider your bodyweight. Multiply your bodyweight times ten, and that's the number of calories you need to consume every single day to maintain your present bodyweight.

Now, subtract 20 percent from time. This is your new daily caloric intake. So, if your bodyweight is 200, rather than consuming 2000 calories a day, you'll now consume only 1800. Not really a big jump. In fact, it is extremely doable for most people.

You want to eat half of those calories in the morning. That's 900 calories! Your mid-morning meal would consist of 300 calories, and then 3 more meals of 200 calories each.

Doesn't this beat the heck from fasting to lose weight? Also it completely eliminates that hungry feeling you receive from most commercial weight reduction systems.

Now let's consider what you're doing.

Research has shown that the big breakfast helps with fat-burning. Since you are eating every 3 hours or so, you're never getting hungry, so that deprived feeling that many people feel from dieting is not there. And now for the exercise part of our program.

Watch 3 hours of TV every night. I am talking about it. But, have a stepper close by. You realize, the kind they will use in step aerobics. When a commercial comes on, mute the television, jump on the stepper and step constantly for any full 3 minutes, or until your show returns on.

Listed here are the numbers: For every hour of TV, about Fifteen minutes of commercials are shown. This means you are working out Forty-five minutes every evening, without missing your preferred shows.

Typically, a 200 pound person stepping on the 12-inch box for Forty-five minutes will burn approximately 700 calories a day! Combine by using your now lowered caloric intake and you're losing over 80 pounds each year.

I ask you again: Is that this not the best weight loss system you have ever seen? It's cheap, relatively easy, and it's extremely doable.
